OK. I'll admit it's not the best quality slide (slanted, mal-focussed, stained) but seriously, What The Heck ?
From the signpost, it appears to be at O'Farrell and Hyde, which probably means San Francisco...but other than that, I have no idea what's going on. Anyone else know ?
