Doug is, or rather was, the trendiest teacher at Trenton Technical High School. Even when setting up a nature trail, there's nothing stopping him donning his favourite organic leather jacket. Groovy.
Doesn't he look like Tim, Reggie Perrin's pompous prig of a son-in-law.
