No info on this slide (naturally) but another in the box was included a sign partially in Hebrew. So, Israel seems like a fair bet, and that would be supported by the dry earth and hastily assembled defenses. As for the structure in the background - the groove sure looks like it's made for a jumbo sized fence panel.
