Clearly demonstrating it's unique characteristics, this recently declassified slide shows the first flight of a prototype F117 from Burpelson AFB. Soon, this aircraft became an familiar sight around the world, tho' usually with a much different colour-scheme. (Actually, I was surprised to read that all of the F117 have now been retired!)
