Yes, yesterday's slide was of Bogota, and I strongly suspect that this one is too.
In fact, I'd go as far as to suggest that it is Parque de los Periodistas (Park of the Journalists).
But I'll not make any guesses as to the type of auto-mobiles in the foreground.
