Proper outdoor cooking.  None of this little metallic propane BBQ, this is a big stone-built wood burning monster.  And I bet that the wife (in her proper place, in an outdoor kitchen ;-) ) was cooking big, juicy steaks... not some tofu-burger.  Great.
