You need wheels (as the Merton Parkas said)  if you want to make deals. However, Howard here doesn't seem impressed by his new ride - the Super Scooty Deluxe Cart Plus (with optional convertible pack) just doesn't measure up against his previous Dodge Wanger muscle-car.
