On The Waterfront
Looks like a pretty little town, and I'm guessing somewhere in norther Europe, but.... Unknown location.
Probably not Stoke-On-Trent.
Bonus - The northernmost part of Brazil is closer to Canada than it is to the southernmost part of Brazil.
