Today was spent over at my wintertime retreat, supervising the restocking of the
cider fridge and cookie vaults. And interviewing replacements for the second
assistant valet, and the fire-stoker.
Do people realise just how tricky it is to
get good staff for my little cottage? Some of them even seen to
expect payment AND accomodation.
Sheesh.
