Time for another Street Parade

 

As we all know, Americans just LOVE having street parades. It's second only to Showing The Fish What I Done Caught as a slide-worthy event.

Today's is from May 1968, but the reason and location is unknown.  

Perhaps they were marking the sinking of USS Scorpion
