If you were to Google for two teenage girls, making a Daisy Chain, there is a chance that you might encounter some modern slang terminology.

That would not be wise, in a home or office scenario.

Bear In A Dumpster

 

It's difficult to be creative with these Blog Post Titles, especially when the subject is a bear. Probably a Brown Bear.  In or maybe on, a dumpster.  With some trees in the background.

Tho it does remind me of the challenge of designing bear-proof containers. The locker mechanisms needed to be simple enough for a human to open, but too complicated for a bear to manipulate. This presented a bit of a design challenge because, according to a (possibly apocryphal) quote from a Park Ranger, "There is considerable overlap between the intelligence of the smartest bears and the dumbest tourists."

 Another old slide with limited info (1986 datestamp), and a desire to dig and figure out where it was/is.

I won't tell you all the steps I made, but after a couple of minutes, I discovered it was Annapolis in Maryland. Again.

Google furnished me with a very similar view from 35 years later.

Milly and Tilly are feature is a lot of teh slides in a box set I have, and many of them seem to be based around Chatsworth House or Dovedale.

However, I haven't tried to narrow down where this was taken.

Still, Milly and Tilly have known each other since year one at Abattoir Row Infants School, in Solihull.

From a box of slides with masses of views from around Copenhagen, this rather stood out.  A bunch of business men (no business-women) enjoying a meal, washed down with...yes bottles of Carlsberg Export.
