What would be a nice little image is spoiled by the photographer's inability to actually point the camera high enough to capture the (presumably) happy faces.

I believe that these dancers are dancing the Tradicionalni ples tajanstvenog električnog ormara, which translates as "Traditional Dance of the Mysterious Electricity Cupboard".

You can see the mysterious cupboard that houses the electric meter on the right of the stage.

September 1979, and in Bucharest the Tomas Futoz School of Folk Dancing are performing their dance "The Dance of the Green Hat" for an audience of tourists.  Little could they expect what would happen next.
