It's a western Union Intrafax. An early facsimile transmitted...and there's not much on the interweb about them....but Page 73 of this is useful.

Mullaly's Milk Moving Machinery

 

No info on this slide, as usual, so I'm presuming that this is a prototype version of Mullaly's Milk Moving Machinery. 

This was Rhodesia's second most popular milk tanker filling mechanism, but was actually developed in Egypt, within sight of the Aswan Dam.

There, that's something you didn't know.
