The Cowboy and His Mother

Oh Boy.  I'm sure a psychotherapist could have a field day with this image, and what exactly it represents.

Again, it's the small details that catch my attention.

  • The flower patio arrangement
  • The cowboy's cap-gun, with a paper trail dangling.
  • That pink monstrosity - a swim-cap, I believe.

But, of course, we've been here before.

Hands Up If You're Up For A Meal Out

Like Audrey here, I'm looking forward to a meal out with The Gang tonight.

Unlike Audrey, I don't have a weird, retro swimsuit and asymmetric knees. (I've just noticed that - her Tibias seem to be quite different lengths.)

Bonus - A motherfruggin Railgun !

"Momma. Where do eggs come from?"

This shot very nearly made it into the 2013 Slide Guy calendar, but.... it didn't.

There's something about this summery shot that sends a shiver down my back. The simpering lad, the out-of-proportion mom, the odd knotted wool swimsuit....the egg.    Very Odd.

Bonus - Them Russians don't need no Adobe Photoshop...

Ennui and a Green One-Piece Swimsuit

Sometimes, it doesn't matter how much sunshine your city gets. Or how much leisure time you have. Or how many swimsuits you own.

Sometimes, you just get overwhelmed by the immense boredom or existence. At that point, everything is just...meh.

There doesn't need to be a particular reason, tho' maybe there's a trigger for it. Like here, where Mildred's ennui is triggered by the realisation that she has a crinkly boob.

One For The Gentlemen

As threatened, here's a yummy mummy is a cozzie, but strangely for me, she reminds me of Audrey, and close friend of my folks. VERY unlikely that it really is Audrey, but still it nags at the back of my brain.

Bonus - While I'm in a slightly disturbed mood, how about the artwork of Shary Boyle.
