Here in Slideville, the weather is a bit grey, misty, moist and yeuch.

As is often the case, it's fascinating trying to build a narrative from the small details in the slide. In this case, there's a host of little observations.
The elephant tusks around the fireplace, the (possible) buffalo head above the fire, the zebra skin cushions, the cushion with a giraffe, the Desert Pattern Camo curtains. Yes, I'm sure that that plaid shirt guy is one of those "I shoot wild animals for sport" nutters. Showing off to a couple of visiting relatives.

There must be something wrong with my brain, but when I look at this slide, I immediately thought of MC Escher, the Dutch artist.

Bonus - Dutch torture container ‘shows cocaine users the consequences of their habits’
Today was spent over at my wintertime retreat, supervising the restocking of the cider fridge and cookie vaults. And interviewing replacements for the second assistant valet, and the fire-stoker.
Some slides are just irredeemably dull, and this one is.... very dull.
What do I say about it?
...ummmm....

Bonus - French King Charles VI suffered from glass delusion which is a delusion in which people believe themselves to be made of glass and thus liable to shatter. He was reported to have wrapped himself in blankets to prevent his buttocks from breaking and had iron rods put into his clothing.
However, Doncaster City Cleansing Department refuse to do their duty and empty the dog shit bins in the garden. Lazy Beggars.
Bonus - the Tour de France has a team that drives each days route and turns genitals graffitied on the road into owls and butterflies.
Bonus 2 -
The 27th February (Happy Birthday Christine) and Spring has arrived in the Slide Guy's world.
Makes me want to strip down to my Hiking trousers and head out into the Derbyshire Alps for a wander.
Alas....Lockdown.
Bonus -
Another random slide of an un-named aircraft?
You may think that it's British, but you could be mis-led.
It's one of these.
Bonus - Jarvis Cocker and Michael Jackson - what really happened.
Bonus 2 - Donald Sutherland 1970.
