Some Googling makes me think that this could be 1950's Cincinnati, possibly. Some deep digging reveals

The Colter Company (1838), Water and Vine Streets,
Cincinnati's oldest wholesale grocery organization, specializes
in supplying hotels, restaurants, and institutions.

Had a break from international jet-setting last night, and decided to scan a few slides. This one was one of the more interesting ones, and was labelled Johnson Junction YT, so it's probably a plethora of Canadian cabs.
