But, I let Google's AI have a look at the image and

Every day you can watch the changing of the guards as they march from their barracks by Rosenborg Castle through the streets of Copenhagen to Amalienborg, often accompanied by music. The changing of the guard takes place at noon.

From a box of slides with masses of views from around Copenhagen, this rather stood out.  A bunch of business men (no business-women) enjoying a meal, washed down with...yes bottles of Carlsberg Export.

Ah, such civilized times.

The sight of a marching band in scarlet uniforms and black bearskins immediately made me think of some part of the British Empire / Commonwealth.

However, it appears from the Wivex building that this is somewhere completely different.
