So, I thought this slide would be slightly appropriate.

Obviously, this is not a NFL Team's home pitch...it looks like a High School or Collage. But where?

Looking closely, I saw that the band had a "Sequoia ", which immediately made me think of the College of the Sequoias. But nope, the city in the background is clearly built in the hills, whereas Visalia is built on the flat.

But then, in a dream, a Patagonian Toothfish with the face of JD Vance told me to search for Kezar Stadium, and ...lo and behold, this image from 1950.

So, that led to this website .. and I'm certain it's a match. 

And it was the first home of the 49ers and the Raiders!

I'm conflicted on this one.

Straight out of the box, and scammed...it was terrible. Almost White Above, Black Below.

But, with some careful adjustment of the contrast settings.... it's actually quite pleasant.

 I've often looked at this slide, and wonder "What, who, where and when." And I have no answers.

It looks like some sort of converted ex-war ship, but converted to what?

The name could be "WESTERN LA...", but that's open to debate.

It's annoying.

You'll know the story by now. A rather interesting slide, but with no date, location or information.

It certainly looks like it's been taken in France,  but can you work out exactly where?

Clues a-plenty from the signposts, but...it's not always as easy as you expect.

 There's a certain satisfaction in finding a slide, and thinking - "I have no idea where that is .... but I'm gonna figure it out".

And so it is with this one. I could go through all of my workings, but basically, it turns out to be Brisbane, Australia.

I even found that this signpost has been supplanted / replaced by a later one with slightly different distances. There's a stock  picture of it avail from Alamy, but they for 35quid to use it on a website. Nope. Screw that.
