Bruce and the Flasher
The guy on the left reminds me of a former work-mate (sorry JBC), but it's the dame on the right who I'm suspicious of. The tightly belted mac and the knowing smirk make me think that she's a secret flasher. Caught by PC Bruce, perhaps.
