I didn't hold much hope for this slide - it was very VERY faint from fading. However, a quick scan and the face just lit up...tho' only in monochrome.
Written on the slide was "Ralph - Age 3y10m" and a datestamp of " Jan 1951"

Bonus - I'm glad some people have toomuch time on their hands. Especially when "Aliens: The Musical" is the result.
