High Speed Action

There's a remarkable thing that the human brain / eye does. When it is concentrating on something, it can focus on a really small part of the whole scene.
Unfortunately, we're so good at it, that we assume that cameras will do the same. The result is obvious.
Some snapper was concentrating on the speed boat on the reservoir, and photographed it.   With depressing results.
Perhaps if he had a Very Powerful telephoto lens, it may have been better.
