A Genuine Phenomenon
Yes, Cartwright Muller, of Sioux City in Idaho, is a genuine phenomenon.
In 1965 Life magazine profiled him as "The Blurred Man", and informed the rest of America that it was impossible to take an in-focus photograph him. The reason was never entirely made clear, but seemed to be related to magnetic fields.
Cartwright grew weary of the attention that that brought, and disappeared in 1968. Where is he now ??
