Where In The World?
Nope.
It's Germany.
Every year, the village of Ausberg come together to redecorate teh whole village for "Hawaii Week".
It started during the austere post-war years as a one-off event, when the factory workers had a week's holiday, but insufficient funds to travel anywhere. So, some creative use of wheat stalks and....shazam... Honolulu Germany. No, it's a major community event, bringing in tourists from miles around.

Bonus 2 - In Spanish-speaking countries, the tooth fairy is a mouse (Ratoncito PĂ©rez). This is someone's dentist office.
