Ragged Street Urchins

 A Trio of Cheeky Urchins, which judging by fashions in other slides in the box, date from the early 1950's.

I've always been intrigued by the apparent non-connection between Street Urchins and Sea Urchins. However, the connection is Hedgehogs.Obviously.
