Later slides example show that Cindy said yes, and wore the ring, but who knows if Cindy took the first opportunity to high-tail iot out of Dodge City.
Bonus - RIP Mikhail Gorbachev. Here's a pic of him with Ronnie Raygun. Curious that both have well-worn-in shoes, rather that pristine Sunday-Best shoes.
