Smug Doug - Smuglas ?

 

You might be wondering why Douglas von Bismarck-Pomfrey has that smug look on his face.

Well, Doug has hyperactive gut bacteria, and one of the world's most rank, foul and poisonous farts has sneaked out, and is slowly wafting towards the photographer. (The sort of fart that would make a slug vomit.)
