At first view, I was unsure where this was just Brutalist Architecture, or a bombed-out ruin of an Israel/Palestinian conflict.
Google ASI says "This building appears to be part of the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev campus in Beersheba, Israel, or potentially the Asian Games Village in New Delhi, India. The Brutalist architectural style, characterized by its use of textured concrete blocks and geometric forms, is a common feature in both locations, especially within academic and large residential complexes designed to suit desert climates."
To me, it looks like something in South West of USA, so ...who knows?
