Yes, today is the day of the local Street Party for Queen Elizabeth's Silver Jubilee. So far, outside seems rather quiet, with minimal activity. But.... it's bound to pick up ... right?

Actually, QE2 isn't attending her own celebration (clever girl) and is instead sneaking off to the horse racing incognito, with her naughty grand-kids.. So, I feel fully justified in not attending my local event.
